Context Sensitive Tagging
I’ve been thinking about the fact that the Semapedia principle is not really limited to monuments and buildings and muesums and such. What came to my mind is something I want to call ‘context sensitive tagging’ where I harness the power of the Wikipedia to basically explain the world around me.
Example: I walked by a gangway last night. And there was a big sign about that it is private ground and that I must not pass. I asked myself: What *is* privacy? How is it defined? The solution was to create a Semapedia Tag on “Privacy” and stick it there:

Next comes our beautiful flora and fauna! How cool would it be to have biologists tag plants with the respective Wikipedia article. I tried this out with referring to “Chlorophyll”:

And something else: How about learning about the architect of a building? I tagged a sweet spot from where one can see Friedensreich Hunderwassers Heat-Plant here in Vienna
